You Are the One Asking
They need no phone skills and nothing installed. They only have to talk. We handle everything after that.

我哋有個題庫，分咗唔同主題，你可以揀，亦可以自己寫。然後你坐喺佢隔籬問，人喺外國打個電話返嚟一樣得。
Ask
A library of questions, sorted by theme. Pick from it or write your own. Then you ask, sitting beside them, or calling home from abroad.
佢用開手機嘅話，我哋直接send問題畀佢自己答都得。 If they are comfortable on a phone, we can send the questions straight to them instead.

答
佢用把口答，一條兩三分鐘。講廣東話，講得幾散都唔怕，我哋執。
Answer
They answer out loud, two or three minutes each, in Cantonese, as loosely as they like. We tidy it.

成章
錄音寫成一章，配返佢啲舊相。用邊種語言，你揀。
A chapter
The recording becomes a chapter, laid out with their own old photos. You choose the languages.
一條問題，一章。答幾多條就有幾多章，幾時停，你哋話事。 One question, one chapter. As many chapters as questions they answer, and you decide when to stop.

成書
答夠咗，所有章就釘埋一本書。每句金句一個QR，一掃聽返把聲。
A book
When enough questions have been answered, every chapter is bound into one book. A QR beside every quote: scan it and hear them.
印刷之前，你會逐頁睇到成書嘅proof，你批准咗先開印。 Before anything prints you see the finished proof, page by page, and nothing goes to press until you approve it.
